BU is required to bargain with us for a contract that will apply to all grad workers at BU. Our bargaining team leads bargaining sessions, but winning a strong contract is up to all of us: mass participation and collective action are key to successful negotiations. You can get involved by attending a bargaining session (open to all grad workers; contact a union rep or sign up for the newsletter), joining a contract article team, or submitting a testimonial.
